- Add in egg yolk one by one.
- Add in flour, mix well, set aside.
- Best egg White with lemon juice n add sugar at 3 different stages until soft peak.
- Mix 1/3 egg White mixture to the egg yolk mixture, mix well then pour it back to the egg White, mix well.
- Then pour into 8 inch mould, put hot water at bottom, preheat 140°c, bake for 30min, then bake again 110°c for 30 min, bake again 160°c for 10min.
