Bahan-bahan Lemongrass Corn Rice
- Sediakan 3 cups of rice.
- Untuk menyediakan One bowl of corn kernels.
- Sediakan Two tablespoons of butter / margarine.
- Untuk menyediakan Two lemongrass (Smashed).
- Sediakan Two red shallots (Smashed and chopped).
- Untuk menyediakan Two Inches of Ginger (Sliced).
- Untuk menyediakan One teaspoon of Tumeric powder (optional).
- Untuk menyediakan 3.5 cups of water.
- Untuk menyediakan Salt as needed (i used half teaspoon).
Langkah demi langkah Lakukan Lemongrass Corn Rice
- Heat up the Butter on the pan. Once it is started to melt, put in the lemongrass, ginger, and shallots. Fried them till nice smells..
- After that, toss in the washed rice and put in the tumeric. Tumeric is optional. You could skip this if u want. I wanted a yellow color because i missed Nasi Kuning Sabah π π§π».
- Fry the rice for few minutes..
- Transfer the rice to the rice pot, add in water, corn and salt. Let it cook as usual cooking. Stir occasionally..
- My rice is lack of saltπ . But i still like it. I prefer lack of salt taste than overdo it tho. You could add more salt as preferred.. I paired this rice with my all spices fried egg π₯°.
